I didn't get my sign-in email
Check your junk/spam folder — sign-in emails sometimes land there. Mark it "not junk" and the next one should arrive normally. The email contains both a link and a code; if the link doesn't open, type the code on the sign-in screen instead.
Notifications aren't working on my iPhone
On iPhone, notifications only work once Loop is installed to your home screen: open loopapp.coach in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, open Loop from there, then turn notifications on in Settings.
Can I change my training days, check-in day or goal?
Yes — everything is changeable in Settings, any time. You can also just tell your coach in chat ("I can't train Wednesdays any more") and it will propose the change for you to approve.
I don't like a meal or an exercise
Swap it. Meals swap from the day view in Nutrition; exercises swap from the workout preview or mid-session — for just that day or permanently. The numbers stay on target either way.
I want to start over or delete my account
Settings → Start over resets your plan so you can rebuild it from scratch. For full account deletion, email support@loopapp.coach — see our privacy policy for what we hold.
