Adaptive fitness coaching

Finally, a fitness plan that survives real life.

Missed workouts. Nights out. Holidays. Busy weeks. Most plans fall apart the moment life gets busy — Loop watches your training, nutrition and progress, and adjusts the plan before a bad week becomes a bad month.

Built for people who want to lose fat, build muscle or stay consistent — without needing to become fitness experts.

Why most plans fail

You start motivated. Then:

  • Work gets busy
  • You miss a workout
  • You eat out twice
  • You stop tracking
  • You tell yourself you'll restart Monday

Most fitness apps don't help — they just show you the plan you already failed.

Loop acts like a coach: when life changes, the plan changes too.

How Loop works
1
Tell Loop about you
Goals, experience, equipment, schedule and the foods you actually enjoy.
2
Follow your plan
Training, meals, shopping list and a 30-second daily check-in.
3
Adapt as life happens
Miss a workout, go on holiday, eat out — tell your coach and the plan adjusts.
Just tell your coach
“I've got a holiday next week.”

Let's bank some calories beforehand — I've lined up a small trim on the three days before you fly.

“I missed two workouts this week.”

No drama. Sessions rotate on what you've done least — want me to switch tomorrow to a training day so you close the gap?

“My gym doesn't have a hack squat.”

Swapped it for the leg press in your program — same muscles, future sessions updated.

Every change is proposed first — nothing happens until you tap Apply.

Every week, reviewed like a coach would — what changed, what it means, what happens next.
Meals you picked, ticked off as you go.
Your week, scored as it happens.
A shopping list that matches the plan.
PBs and streaks, celebrated on the spot.
Why an AI coach actually helps

It remembers everything, and reviews continuously.

Every workout, meal, weigh-in, check-in and preference you log is in front of your coach every time it makes a recommendation. A human coach reviews your week once; Loop reviews it every time something changes — and the numbers are computed by the plan engine, not guessed by a chatbot.

And it never acts alone: every change is proposed first, and nothing happens until you approve it.

What you get
Always know what to do next
Your next workout, today's meals and one clear priority are ready every time you open the app — with last session's numbers next to every exercise.
Never restart on Monday
Bad weeks happen. Tell your coach what went wrong and the plan adjusts — calories rebalanced, sessions reshuffled — so you keep moving instead of starting over.
Know exactly where you stand
One score combines training, nutrition, sleep and consistency as the week unfolds — no surprises on check-in day, no wondering whether it's working.
See what's actually working
Weekly reports built from your photos, weight trend and logs explain what changed, why, and what your coach is doing about it.
Questions, answered
Can it help me lose fat?

Yes — that's the core job. Loop calculates your calories, builds meals to hit them, and adjusts the plan from your actual weight trend and adherence, week after week.

Can it help me build muscle?

Yes. Training volume, progression, recovery and a calorie surplus are all built around muscle growth — and your program shows last session's numbers so you know exactly what to beat.

What if I know nothing about fitness?

That's exactly who Loop is built for. You answer simple questions, follow the plan, and tell the coach when life gets in the way — it handles the thinking.

How is this different from a workout app?

Workout apps give you a plan and leave you to it. Loop runs the whole loop — training, meals, shopping list, daily check-ins and a weekly review — and re-plans when you tell it what's actually happening. It behaves like a coach, not a content library.

Do I need a gym?

No — you tell Loop what you've got, from a couple of dumbbells at home to a fully kitted gym, and your program only uses equipment that exists where you train.

Does the coach just change things on its own?

Never. The coach proposes a change — switch a day, trim calories, swap an exercise — and nothing happens until you tap Apply. You stay in charge.

What does it cost?

Loop is in private beta and free while we build with our early users. Pricing will be announced before public launch — and it will be a long way short of a monthly coach.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data is used only to run your plan — no ads, no selling, no trackers. The privacy policy below covers it in plain English.

Loop is a coaching tool, not medical advice. Anything that looks like a symptom gets referred to a GP or qualified professional — and your coach has hard limits it won't cross.
