Privacy policy

Loop (loopapp.coach) is an AI fitness coaching app. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email support@loopapp.coach.

Everything Loop holds about you is information you put in:

• Your email address, used to sign in.
• The profile you build during setup — age, height, weight, goals, training availability, food preferences, lifestyle answers, and any injuries, medications or conditions you choose to share.
• What you track: daily and weekly check-ins, workouts and sets, meals, cardio, supplements, and progress photos.
• Your conversations with the coach.
• An authentication cookie so you stay signed in. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.

Solely to run your coaching plan: computing your targets, building your training and meal plans, and letting your coach respond to what you log.

To generate coaching responses, assessments and reports, relevant parts of your profile and tracking data are processed by Anthropic (the AI provider behind the coach) via their API. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms this data is not used to train their models.

Sign-in emails are delivered via our email providers (Supabase and Resend). If you opt in to notifications, your device's push subscription is stored so we can send check-in reminders — you can turn this off any time in Settings.

Your data is stored in a managed, access-controlled database and private file storage (Supabase). Progress photos are private to your account — they are never public and are only processed to produce your own assessments.

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't show ads or share data with advertisers.
• We don't share your data with anyone beyond the service providers named above, who process it only on our instructions.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can reset your plan data yourself in Settings, and for full account deletion email support@loopapp.coach — we'll action it promptly.

Loop is a coaching tool, not a medical service. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and anything that looks like a symptom is referred to a GP or qualified professional.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
